These terms govern your use of sterifag.com and any enquiry or order you place through it. By using this website you accept them. Please read them before sending an enquiry.
In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Sterifag India Private Limited, a company registered in India with its office at Office No. 403, 4th Floor, SG Alpha Tower-1, Plot No. 9, Sector-9, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201012, India.
What this website is
This website is a catalogue. It lets you browse equipment, assemble a list, and send it to us as a request for a quotation. It is not a payment platform, and no contract is formed by using it.
Prices and quotations
- Prices shown on the website are indicative and are exclusive of GST, freight, insurance, civil work and installation unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Items marked "price on request" are quoted individually, because the price depends on capacity, configuration and site conditions.
- Any estimate the website calculates is for guidance only. Only a written quotation issued by us is binding, and then only for the validity period stated on it.
- Prices are subject to change without notice, including as a result of changes in exchange rates, duties, taxes or supplier prices.
Orders
- Submitting a request through this website is an enquiry, not an order, and does not oblige either of us to anything.
- An order is formed only when we accept your purchase order in writing, or when both parties sign a supply agreement.
- We may decline any enquiry or order, including where equipment is unavailable, where a price has been listed in error, or where the intended use is unlawful.
- Equipment built or configured to your specification is treated as a custom order and is subject to the terms recorded in the quotation.
Specification and accuracy
We take care to describe equipment accurately, but specifications, capacities, dimensions and images are indicative. Manufacturers improve their products and may change specifications without notice. Photographs may show optional accessories not included in the base price. Where a particular dimension, capacity or feature is essential to you, confirm it with us in writing before ordering, and we will record it in the quotation.
Installation and site readiness
Unless our quotation says otherwise, you are responsible for preparing the site: floor loading, drainage, water quality and supply, electrical supply, steam, ventilation, and any civil or structural work. Delay or additional cost caused by a site not being ready is not our responsibility, and may be chargeable.
Warranty
- Equipment carries a standard warranty of twelve months from the date of commissioning, unless a different period is stated in the quotation.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover consumables, wear parts, glassware, gaskets or filters, nor damage from misuse, unauthorised modification, incorrect utilities, water quality outside specification, or failure to carry out prescribed maintenance.
- Warranty service is void where equipment has been repaired or altered by anyone we have not authorised.
- Nothing in these terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Limitation of liability
Our liability in connection with any equipment or service is limited to the price paid for the equipment concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of contracts, or losses arising from downtime, however caused. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Your use of the website
- You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage or impair it.
- You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, its server, or any connected system.
- You may not copy, republish or exploit the content of this website commercially without our written permission.
- You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity carried out under your account.
Intellectual property
The design, text, images, product descriptions and logo on this website belong to Sterifag India Private Limited or to our suppliers, and are protected by law. Product names and trademarks of manufacturers remain the property of their owners.
Links to other websites
Where we link to another website, we do so for convenience. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

We may amend these terms from time to time. The version published here at the time you send an enquiry is the version that applies to it.
